I've never known what glasses would best suit me and it seems no optician knows either, until I paid a visit to Piccadilly Circus. For far too long, I've been wearing pairs that are too small and unsuitable! I turned up to browse the selection and was approached by Andie who was extremely warm, polite and patient with me. She listened closely to what I didn't like and I felt that she really took me seriously. She matched me with a pair of Marc Jacobs frames and I fell in love immediately. For the first time ever, I am proud to own my glasses and feel all the more beautiful when I put them on. Thank you to the young lady for succeeding where others have failed miserably!

Her great attitude and knowledge of the products put me right at ease and she picked out a pair of Marc Jacobs frames which I absolutely adore! My optometrist, Ron, was very knowledgable and gave the time to ensure I understood all the options and explained why he was making his recommendations. He resolved an issue with blurring in my lenses and has subsequently improved my sight greatly. Thanks
